Cheese Recall

For cheese lovers, pay attention. Whole Foods Market is recalling Crave Brothers Les Freres cheese as a result of a bacterial infection that has made several people sick and killed at least one.

The company believes the cheese may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. They will be posting signs at stores alerting customers of the recall. The cheeses were distributed around the country through retail and foodservice outlets, and mail order.

Listeria can lead to severe illness for women who are pregnant or people who have weakened immune systems. The company advises consumers who have this cheese to throw it away and bring their receipts into a store for a full refund. If you are unsure of how your body has reacted to this product and want legal help as to what actions to take see a personal injury attorney to help you get the answers you need.
