A man, woman and 2-year old girl died in a violent multi-car accident the other night on a street in Fontana. Several others were injured.
According to police, one of the vehicles sped through a red light at a high speed and crashed into a stopped Toyota. The impact forced both vehicles into the intersection. A third driver crashed into the first vehicle, resulting in a multi-car accident.
The driver of the Toyota and the little girl were pronounced dead at the scene, while the third driver sustained a broken ankle and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The woman in the Toyota died shortly after being taken to the hospital.
I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family for their tragic loss.
